Remote Control of Host and Hyper-V VM

Is there a method by which I can remote connect to a Hosting System running WIndows 10 Enterprise.

And then launch a Hyper-V VM of Windows XP.

And have remote control of both.

Thus far the only way I can do this is a remote session to the HOST and a seperate isolated session to the Hyper-V Vm.

I'd like to open only one remote session and operate like I was at the terminal of the Hosting System.

I do this all the time with three different hosts here but I have a server OS installed on hosts. With a desktop OS only a single remote desktop connection is allowed. You might get away with it by using team viewer, vnc viewer or some other similar app.
