Asking Refund for Microsoft word

I am writing to request a refund for a charge that I did not intend to authorize.

I signed up only for the 7-day free trial of Microsoft Word through my Apple account. However, I was charged immediately instead of receiving the promised trial period. Since the charge occurred during what should have been the free trial, I requested a refund through Apple, but my request was denied.

This experience is very disappointing because the offer was presented as a 7-day free trial, yet I was billed immediately. I believe this is misleading and makes it extremely difficult for customers to obtain a refund.

I kindly ask that you review my account, investigate this issue, and process a full refund for this charge. I did not intend to purchase a subscription at this time and expected to be able to evaluate the service during the advertised trial period.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know on what happened with regards to the denied refund request from Apple.

Kindly take note that if the payment or the transaction goes through or went through to Apple, only their billing or support team will be able to check and initiate the refund since this is outside of Microsoft's system.

It is best to reach back out to Apple and check with them again to consider and give the refund.
