My MacBook does not support Microsoft 365 can I share my files on another macbook

    Yes, you can absolutely open and edit your Excel files on another Mac, your files themselves aren’t tied to that specific MacBook, they’re just regular files you can move or access anywhere.

    If your files are saved in OneDrive, just sign into onedrive.live.com or the OneDrive app on the other Mac with the same Microsoft account, your files will show up there automatically

    If they’re saved locally on your old MacBook, transfer them via AirDrop, a USB drive, or email to the other Mac.

    Once there, install Excel through account.microsoft.com/services with your same Microsoft account.
