I just want to renew my Microsoft 365 account. I think that it didn't renew because we changed our bank account. We keep getting a message: Unknown Error.

    Hello Paul Beedham,

    It sounds like the renewal may have failed after the bank account changed.

    Please sign in to Services & subscriptions, check the Microsoft 365 status, and update the payment method under Manage. Also make sure the billing address and region match the information held by the bank.

    If the renewal still shows Unknown Error, please contact Microsoft Support.
