Was the storage renewed directly through Microsoft, or through Apple, Google Play, or another retailer?
Please check https://account.microsoft.com/services while signed in to both accounts. Which account shows the active subscription or storage plan?
Also, were you signed in to the wrong Microsoft account when you completed the purchase? Thanks!
