Hey Microsoft,

I have a query about how you apply refunds, as my account got charged today (31/7/26). I would love to get a refund, as the charge is still pending and I cancelled my recurring subscription. I hope you can get back to me soon.

    On your computer, click the Start menu and type Get Help or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Type "Billing" as the keyword > Click the "Contact Support" button.

    Choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription".
    You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
