Keep getting activation code error 0x0 on macbook pro

My. microsoft 365 apps will no longer allow me edit or create. It's saying I need to activate, but when I do I get unknown error 0x0

    If you are running an older version of macOS, you need to upgrade to at least Monterey. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/lifecycle/officeinstall/update-m365-office-macos-ios . Note that you also have to run version 16.83 or later of Office.
