Hello @Rukesh narayanan
To better understand the issue, could you please let us know whether this is a business (work) account or a school (education) account?
The message "Your organization's storage is full. Your OneDrive is read-only right now." typically indicates that the issue is related to your organization's Microsoft 365 storage rather than your individual OneDrive quota.
Although your account may have been assigned a 5 TB OneDrive storage quota and you are currently using only 150 GB, OneDrive can become read-only if the organization's overall Microsoft 365/SharePoint storage has reached its limit.
I recommend contacting your Microsoft 365 administrator or IT department and asking them to verify:
Your assigned OneDrive storage quota.
The available storage for your organization's Microsoft 365/SharePoint tenant.
Whether any tenant-level storage limits or policies are affecting your OneDrive.
If you're unsure who your Microsoft 365 administrator or IT contact is, we recommend reaching out to the person or organization that originally provided your Microsoft 365 account, as they should be able to direct you to the appropriate administrator.
If your Microsoft 365 subscription was purchased through a reseller, you may also contact the reseller for assistance.
