Windows 10 ARM ISO download

So I need to download an ISO or VHDX file of Windows 10 Pro for ARM architecture for college. I use a mac with the M1 processor but the download pages for Microsoft windows only offer windows 11 arm and not windows 10 arm. I previously used Windows 10 Pro and have a digital license, but need the edition for arm architecture to run in my virtual machine software.

I've got the same Problem, here's what I did so far:

Download the files from https://uupdump.net/ (in Zip format)

Unzip

download files from Microsoft Servers (execute uup_download_macos.sh) (If you're on Linux/Windows execute ..._linux.sh / ...windows.sh)

Convert to ISO File (execute convert.sh)

Open Parallels Desktop and select the ISO file

Parallels Desktop can't continue because of Secure Boot Issue

If anyone knows how to continue after step 6 please let me know.

Regarding Security, uupdump allegedly fetches the Files directly from Microsofts Servers.

I feel you or severely over complicating this. I simply downloaded the Windows10_InsiderPreview_Client_ARM64_en-us_21354.vhdx then installed Parallels for M1. Ran Parallels and pointed it to the .vhdx file.

bypass secure boot and tpm:

Press Shift+F10 to open Command Prompt and type in regedit.exe to launch Registry Editor.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup
Right click on the Setup key on the left size and choose New -> Key.
Create a key named LabConfig
Select the LabConfig key.
Create two new values: Choose New -> DWORD (32-bit) and create BypassTPMCheck and BypassSecureBootCheck. Set both values to 1.
Close out of Registry Editor and Command Prompt and continue the setup.

PS - i got these steps from UTM site which bypasses the secure boot error but installation is failing throwing an error 0x800701B1 eventually.

Go To UEFI Menu > Device Manager > Secure Boot (Something) > Attempt Secure Boot Has To Be Turned Off

Unfortunately, this approach results in the following error when you try to convert to an ISO file

Thanks! I've already reached it.
I used this site to download the windows 10 ARM version, I had tryed some versions and the 21390 worked for me.
I also choose the option to download the iso in one click, so I didn't have to convert any type of file.

Also, I put a flag in the secure boot to unable it.

VM configuration > boot order > advanced >

In advanced option, it is possible to inform the start indicators. To unable the secure boot. Put the flag:

vm.efi.secureboot = 0

It works like a charm to me.

Sorry, I forgot to say one thing. I did the download into another PC in a windows 10 x64. On mac, using the site that I`ve sent and another sites, it always broken up.

After downloaded the ISO I`ve put it on MAC and install, then I had another problem related to the secure boot and I correct by using the flag that I've putted in the main topic.

I know you said the 21390 build works, but as listed below that one is expired. Has anyone found a stable build (Not Windows Insider) for an Arm64 windows 10 iso that works for Paralells (doesn't BSOD on install)? If so comment the build number and I can go to UUP dump and grab it.

Thank you so much, you have saved my engineering university life with mac. At first, i follow your step but i got the message "The operation failed. - To perform this operation, you must enter the host OS administrator's credentials " and "There is no operating system installed in this virtual machine" error message which frustratesd me a lot, However, i reinstall and lets Parallel detect the ISO file by itself rather manually drag and drop method. I also check the device manager and see that the secure boot has been disabled And everything works fine now.

The problem that I have is, I downloaded Win 10 Insider preview 10.0.21382.1000 (co_release) [arm64]. I could installed in my macbook pro M1 using parallels, but it said that the build is expired. Install a new build of windows now.
The 21390 build is hasn't Internet Explorer 11 (was removed). I need it to run a banking site. I dont know what to do.

I had the same problem. I arrived in the step 6 and I don't know what I can do after that. Now I'm trying to download another version of the iso to see if the problem was specific with the one that I've downloaded.

hey what's up,
I think I figured something about secure boot
Choose the ISO pick Windows 10 Pro edition
choose customize setting before installation
go to hardware > boot order > check select boot device on start up
then continue
you'll get a sort of bios screen, from there go to:
device manager > secure boot configuration > then uncheck "attempt secure boot" ( the x should be removed )
now go back to the main screen enter the boot manager and choose the windows 10 disc
it will reboot multiple time just keep rebooting windows 10 it should work

additional problems that I ran into, You should check .NET framework 3.5 before downloading the iso because it might be difficult to install later
if you need internet explorer and that's why you use windows 10 instead of 11 I recommend that you do that

Hello Raffia,

Which version of the Windows 10 you are using? I am tried installing both Windows 10 Version 21H2 (19044.1320) arm64 and Windows 10 Version 2004 (19041.1320) arm64 but I always get a blue screen as shown on the attached screenshot. Using Parallels Version 17.1.0 (51516)

I didn't had any issues with the Secure boot, installation was just about to start (showing the screen with "Coping files" and then the blue screen which is then constantly appearing after each restart.

Any help would be appreciated, as I really need Win 10, not 11.

P.S. With Win 11, downloaded directly from MS side - no issues.
