Microsoft reward points issues

I have 1160 points for Microsoft rewards that I cannot add to my account no matter what i do. also, i have cashed in 7000 points for a $5.00 Starbucks gift card that has not been sent to my yahoo account.

the change in the rewards seem to have big issues!

Please help me resolve the above issues.
