Hello, I have been experiencing issue with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Every time I open these apps, the message "run-time error '53'" I had a support guy online come into my computer and they couldn't fix and said they will have a supervisor call back . No one call me back now I am stuck with software I paid that doesn't work properly.

This most probably is not the fault of the Office software. The most likely cause is an Adobe add-in which needs to be updated or removed. There are various possible locations where the offending file may be hiding depending on macOS version & Office version so the best bet is to contact Adobe Support.

As I wrote originally, this is not a Microsoft issue. You need to contact Adobe support or the developer of the problematic add-in if it is other than an Adobe product.
If you comply with Stefan's request we may be able to assist but you need to provide the requested information. Even so, you'd do best to contact the support group for the developer of the add-in. They best know their product.
Do you see a reference to a specific file which cannot be found?
Often, run time errors refer to malfunctioning add-ins.
