Cannot complete identity validation due to postal code mismatch for Artifact Signing

Question

I have been trying to validate my identity for artifact signing.
The system insists on putting my zip code as 11203-5901
My id verification on microsoft authenticator w/ driver's licence only has the regular zip code of 11203 (which gets encoded as 11203-0000).
So then I get an address mismatch every time I try to verify.
I've tried to remove the 5901 or change it to 0000 on the billing account so that they match. but it persists no matter what I do.
Please, any suggestions would be welcome :(

I had to change my zip code in the Cost Management + Billing > billing account > Properties > Update sold-to for it to work.
