how to get minecraft java edition

Question

I paid 29.99 euro and only got bedrock edition and i paid the bundle that says its java & bedrock edtition.I got scammed and i cant get my money back.How do i report and get my money back.

This is a public community forum. No one here can access your account, purchases, or issue refunds. Please do not post your order number, email address, or payment details publicly.

If you purchased Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC, the purchase should include both Java and Bedrock on the same Microsoft account. Seeing only Bedrock does not necessarily mean you were scammed. First, make sure you're signed in to the Minecraft Launcher, Microsoft Store, and Xbox app with the same Microsoft account used for the purchase, and check whether the purchase appears in your Microsoft Order History.

If Java Edition still does not appear, contact Minecraft Support and provide your proof of purchase so they can review the entitlement on your account.

If you want a refund, submit a refund request through Microsoft's digital refund process. Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
