"system restore"

can't use "system restore" as it's not working, and i can't log into it to reset my laptop

please can you ask a technician to contact me and take control of my laptop to resolve the issue

    Sorry to hear that you’re unable to access the recovery options. You do not need to sign in to Windows to reset the laptop. Turn on the laptop and, when the Windows or manufacturer logo appears, hold the power button until it shuts down. Repeat this twice; on the third startup, Windows should display Automatic Repair, where you can select Advanced options. If System Restore and Reset this PC both fail, you may need to create Windows 11 installation media on another computer and use it to repair or reinstall Windows. Please let me know exactly what happens when you select System Restore or Reset this PC, including any error message displayed.
