Microsoft for Startups - “Get Program Support” is missing from my Founders Hub account

Hello Microsoft team,

I am enrolled in Microsoft for Startups and my account is active.

Current status:

  • I have already received $5,000 in Azure credits.
  • My startup is visible in the Azure portal.
  • I can access Microsoft for Startups and Founders Hub.

However, I cannot access Program Support.

According to the official documentation, there should be a "Your Microsoft Team" section with a "Get Program Support" button.

This section is completely missing from my account.

Every support link redirects me to the standard Azure Support page, where I only see Billing, Subscription Management and Quotas. I cannot create a Microsoft for Startups Program Support request.

I also tried sending an email to startupsupport@microsoft.com, but it was rejected with "550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected".

Could you please check whether my Founders Hub account is correctly provisioned and enable Program Support for my account?

Thank you.

    • This tile should contain a Get program support button, along with any other assigned advisor/connection options.
      • Confirm you're on the Overview tab specifically, since other tabs on the same page (Benefits, Verification, etc.) won't show this tile.
If the tile is genuinely absent from that Overview tab (not just hidden behind the wrong page), this typically points to one of two things:
      - **Account role/permissions**: Program Support access can be tied to the account marked as the startup owner/primary contact. If you joined under a different role or the enrollment was transferred, the tile may not surface for your specific sign-in even though credits and Azure visibility work fine.

         - **A partial migration to the newer startup homepage experience.** Some accounts have reported the "Your Microsoft Team" tile going missing after the platform's recent experience updates, independent of anything the founder did.

**If steps 1 to 3 don't resolve it**, use Azure Support as a fallback path to escalate specifically to the Startups program team, since Program Support itself is unreachable in your case:

            - From **Help + Support** in the Azure portal, open a new support request.

               - Choose **Subscription Management** as the issue type (not Billing), and in the description explicitly state that the "Your Microsoft Team" / "Get Program Support" tile is missing from your startup homepage Overview tab, and ask for it to be routed to the Microsoft for Startups program team.

                  - Include your startup/organization name as registered in Founders Hub and the Microsoft account email tied to the enrollment.

    Hello Patrick Fernandez,

Greetings! Thanks for raising this question in the Q&A forum

The root cause here is most likely that you're looking in the wrong place inside the Azure portal, rather than something broken in your account provisioning. The "Get Program Support" button lives specifically inside your startup homepage in the Azure portal, under the Overview tab, in a tile called Your Microsoft Team. It is a separate location from the general Help + Support blade, which only surfaces the standard Billing, Subscription Management, and Quotas categories you're currently seeing. If you're navigating there through the generic support link rather than through your startup homepage directly, you'll never see the tile, which matches exactly what you're describing.

Separately, the startupsupport@microsoft.com bounce is expected and not a sign of a broken account: Microsoft for Startups no longer accepts support requests by email. All requests are required to go through the Azure Portal flow described below, so that bounce isn't something you need to chase.

    Steps to resolve:

Go directly to your startup homepage, not the general support page.

    • Sign in to the Azure portal with the same Microsoft account tied to your Founders Hub enrollment.
      • In the search bar, search for "Startups" or navigate via All services to locate your Microsoft for Startups startup homepage resource (this is distinct from Help + Support).
        • Once on the startup homepage, select the Overview tab.
Locate the "Your Microsoft Team" tile on that Overview tab.
        - This tile should contain a **Get program support** button, along with any other assigned advisor/connection options.

           - Confirm you're on the Overview tab specifically, since other tabs on the same page (Benefits, Verification, etc.) won't show this tile.

**If the tile is genuinely absent from that Overview tab (not just hidden behind the wrong page)**, this typically points to one of two things:

If this answer helps you kindly accept the answer which will help others who have similar questions.

    Best Regards,

    Jerald Felix.
