Normalmente no es necesario registrar la Mac manualmente. Microsoft 365 u Office se activan al iniciar sesión con la cuenta de Microsoft que posee la licencia.
Por favor, revisa https://account.microsoft.com/services y comprueba si tu suscripción a Microsoft 365 o tu licencia de Office aparece allí. Si aparece, selecciona "Instalar" y luego inicia sesión en Word o Excel con la misma cuenta.
