One note pages sync error

Hi all

I'm facing one note sync errors on selected pages of my notebook. Please get someone senior from Microsoft to reach out and email me asap. This is very urgent. And needs to be resolved ASAP.

    Hi Cheryl,

    I use OneNote a lot (have been using it daily since 2013 :)) and have also experienced sync errors on pages before. I'd love to help.

    Can you please describe the sync errors you're experiencing in more detail? Screenshots of the sync errors will also help a lot.

    Microsoft have a support page with steps you can follow to fix common sync errors in OneNote.

    To get support from Microsoft, go to Contact us.

    • select Microsoft 365.
    • A popup will appear. Select the button Get home support.
    • A text field titled We're here to help will appear. Type a brief description of the OneNote issue you are experiencing.
    • A list of related support articles will appear. If none of the articles solve your problem, select the button towards the bottom of the screen that says Sign in to get support.
