A family of Microsoft presentation graphics products that offer tools for creating presentations and adding graphic effects like multimedia objects and special effects with text.
Hi, Tim Gravelle
I understand the frustration. The Android app does not provide a separate “PowerPoint for Android” phone number or dedicated agent queue, so the normal Microsoft 365 support route is still the correct one.
In PowerPoint for Android, open or create a presentation, open the side menu, select Settings, then choose Online Help and Support. You can also select Send Feedback to submit an app-specific problem, including screenshots and diagnostic information.
For live support, sign in at Contact Microsoft Support, enter PowerPoint for Android, and choose the closest technical issue. Continue until the site offers Chat with a support agent or another available contact option. Support choices can vary by account, subscription, country, and time.
When connected, clearly state: “This is a technical issue in the standalone PowerPoint app on Android, not a billing or Microsoft 365 account issue.” Also provide the phone or tablet model, Android version, PowerPoint app version, and exact steps that reproduce the problem. If the agent redirects you, ask them to transfer or escalate the case to the Office mobile or PowerPoint mobile team, rather than closing it.
Please be advised that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited solely to providing technical guidance on reported incidents, requests, or ideas.
Thank you for your patience in reading, I hope this information has been helpful to you.
