I am very disappointed with Microsoft !!! There is no support from them !!! There is no contact support with real people. The automated system can’t resolve the issue and we are stuck !! I got through to live chat agent and the agent did something that didn’t resolve the issue and then they restrict me from contacting chat support. So I can’t get help anymore and I am here frustrated and stuck. Very very very disappointed and how my family is being treated is disgusting!

Well, there are users on this forum who will try to help you if they can. One big problem is that an online forum isn't the best medium for troubleshooting computer problems. If you can articulate your problem and provide details about the issue, then I'm sure that someone will at least try to help you.
