My microphone quit working when I tried to follow instructions from Copilot to allow microphone to work while using that application. I have tried everything ChatGPT suggested, but we opted to quit until tomorrow because we have been at it for a long time.

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.
