First, please check the "Junk Email" folder and search your mailbox for amazon. Also check whether your Outlook.com storage is full at https://onedrive.live.com/managestorage.
- Are you missing all emails from Amazon, or only order confirmations or security codes?
- Did Amazon confirm that the email was successfully sent to the correct address?
- Have you checked "Settings" > "Mail" > "Junk email" to see whether Amazon’s address or domain is blocked?
Please also tell me when you last received an Amazon email successfully. Thanks!
