My computer became extremely slow, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my applications to fix the issue. However, the programs would not uninstall completely, preventing a clean reinstall. After that, none of my applications would open, leaving the computer largely unusable. If someone could help me that would be very nice!

    Hi, good day!

It sounds like the issue goes beyond a single application and may involve Windows itself or the drive where it's installed.

To help narrow down the cause, could you let me know

    • Which version of Windows are you using (Windows 10 or Windows 11)?
    • Did the problem start after a Windows update, a power outage, or any other specific event?
    • Are you able to open File Explorer, Settings, or Task Manager, or do those also fail to open?
    • Do you see any error messages when you try to open an application?

I look forward to your update and am willing to collaborate with you until we resolve the issue. Keep me posted by clicking "Add comments" below.
