Windows Camera application is not working.

Question

As per attached photo, windows camera is not working. As per troubleshooting instruction, alrady tired auto troubleshooting, reset the camera setting, re-install windows driver, uninstall and install windows applicaiton but the issue is persistant. The camera is not working with windows camerea appicaiton only. other face scan, team applications are working. Appreicate if can advise how to solve it.

Could you please check if you have enabled permissions for your default Windows Camera App?

Go to Start > Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera.

Ensure ' Camera Access' is enabled, and under 'let apps access your camera', ensure the Windows Camera toggle is enabled.

If you are still having issues,

Type msinfo in the search bar on the taskbar and click Enter.

Post a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.

I hope you're doing well.

Have you tried sliding the camera shutter? It is located at the top middle of your screen, next to the camera. Simply slide the shutter to the left, and it should work.
