Hello,

I am an Account Admin attempting to register for the Windows Hardware Developer Program, but I am currently blocked due to two issues:

Survey Email Not Received: I have not received the identity verification questionnaire (survey) email required to complete account verification.

Partner Center Support UI Error: When trying to open a support ticket via Partner Center (Help + Support), the Workspace dropdown menu is completely greyed out/unselectable, making it impossible to submit an online request.

Could a Moderator or Support Staff please initiate a Private Message with me so I can safely provide my Tenant ID (******@hims26.onmicrosoft.com) and request a resend of the verification survey?

Thank you!

For Windows Hardware Developer Program support, use the Hardware Program support path instead of Partner Center Help + Support.

    1. Open the Hardware Program support creation form in Microsoft Engage Center.
    2. Sign in with the Partner Center account that is enrolled in the Hardware Program.
    3. When creating the case, select:
      • Product: Windows Developer Center
      • Problem Type: Hardware Device Drivers
    4. Submit the case. A confirmation email with a support request number is sent after submission.

If the account cannot sign in with an account that is enrolled in the Hardware Program, or enrollment is incomplete, use Partner Center support and choose Provide issue details under Next Step.

For account access problems in Partner Center, use the sign-in and account access troubleshooting path referenced in Partner Center support guidance.
