I have now activated my subscription twice and paid the $16/monthly payment twice - BUT my existing windows will not activate. I should not have to install as I have all the apps on my Mac.

I have been using this for 8 years and never had a problem - why now?

My operating system is Version 11.7.11 Big Sur

Can you please help as this is really frustrating and was never this hard - plus I've now been charged twice for something thats not working.

Thank you

If your version of MacOS is Big Sur, then the error you are seeing is caused by an update on the 13th of July, many people are seeing the exact same error, if you are unable to upgrade your MacOS to a newer compatible version, your Office apps will go into Read Only mode, on the link below they provide full details on that update.
