Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

If the system audio output is generally low across all browsers and platforms, such as Zoom, Spotify, and Media Player, the issue may be driver-related.

If the problem happens only in a particular browser, you can open Volume Mixer and adjust that app’s audio level.

(Right-click the volume icon on the taskbar, select Volume Mixer> adjust all system and app sounds)

If the entire system audio output is low, try the following:

Test the system audio output first:

    1. Press Windows + R, type mmsys.cpl, and click OK.
    2. Right-click your default audio output device in the Playback tab, then select Properties.
    3. In the Advanced tab, click Test.
    4. Check whether the left and right speakers sound clear.

If the audio sounds clear and loud, try this:

    1. Open Device Manager.
    2. Expand Sound, video and game controllers.
    3. Right-click your default audio output device, such as Realtek(R), select Uninstall device, check Attempt to delete the driver software for this device, and then click Uninstall.
    4. After the device is uninstalled, restart your computer and check the audio output on your speakers.

Let me know if you still need more help.

Right-click speaker icon → Open Volume mixer → set Zoom and Browser to 100%.

Windows Settings → Sound → Communications tab → select "Do nothing".

Zoom → Settings → Audio → Advanced → disable "Automatically adjust volume" and "Suppress background noise".
