Failure to update windows error 0x80246013 (and others)

Question

Hello,

When I check for updates in Windows Update nothing comes up, even though it says "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes."
I've attached my update history which shows some updates going through. Restart and shutdown are both marked with update but no update installs. Update troubleshooter cannot solve the problem. How do I fix this?

Please help to confirm where you get the feature updates from. Does the windows 10 clients connect to the Interent?

It seems that the windows 10 client missing the important security and quality fixes. Please click the check for online for updates from Microsoft Update option to install the missing fixes first.
