I hope you can help me with this. We receive Microsoft billings at [Moderator note: personal info removed] for MS 365 licenses, and I would like to know which e-mail address is linked to this admin portal, because [Moderator note: personal info removed] is not working. Now I don't know which colleague I can aproach for this.

The latest data:

Service Usage Address: [Moderator note: personal info removed]

order number: [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]

invoice number: [Moderator note: personal info removed]

Regards,

[Moderator note: personal info removed]

    Hello @Bert Hagenaars,

Based on the information you provided, I understand that you are trying to identify which email address is associated with access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal. In this situation, I recommend checking with the person who manages your Microsoft 365 environment or your IT team since they will have necessary administrative permissions to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. You can also try signing in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and, if applicable, the Entra portal.

If you are able to access the Entra portal, you can view tenant information and search for the email address in question to determine whether it is associated with an existing user account. Please also note that billing notifications can be sent to alternative or primary email addresses configured for administrator accounts, so the email address that received the notification could not necessarily be the primary sign-in account.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide the following information?

    • How did you obtain or identify the email address you are referring to?
    • Is it associated with a shared mailbox, distribution group, or a user account?
    • What error message do you receive when attempting to sign in with the mentioned account?
    • Are you able to access Entra portal?
    • Is the invoice relate to another organization?

Since this is a public user-to-user forum, please avoid sharing any personal or sensitive information. If you provide screenshots, please ensure that all personal details are blurred or removed before posting.

Once we have this information, I will be in a better position to assist you further.
