Activate Windows 11

Question

I rebuilt me PC new motherboard and chip and I can't activate my windows installation.This morning I was in a teams chat with an adviser and he said it was my digital licence was not registered to my account. this is the information we gleaned from my computer.Error: 0x803F7001

Previous activation was working on Windows 11 before the rebuild.

Motherboard and CPU were replaced.

Activation Troubleshooter was unable to reactivate.

The old device was removed from the Microsoft account before the rebuild.

slmgr /dlv shows Product Key Channel: Retail.

Where did you get your Windows licence was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase a full retail Windows licence from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer?

Or is your Windows licence based on a previous Windows 7 or 8 licence?
