It seems snapdragon processors are not compatible with Adobe Photoshop Elements Organizer. Is this correct, and if so, is there a way to make them compatible?

    Yes, that is correct. Adobe currently states that Photoshop Elements 2026, including Elements Organizer, does not support Windows on ARM processors. https://helpx.adobe.com/pl/photoshop-elements/desktop/introduction-to-photoshop-elements/system-requirements.html

    Windows 11 can emulate many traditional Intel-based applications, but this does not make Photoshop Elements officially compatible. There is no compatibility setting, driver, or supported workaround that can add ARM support. Only Adobe can provide that through a future update.

    I would not recommend purchasing Photoshop Elements for a Snapdragon Surface unless Adobe updates its system requirements to include Windows on ARM.
