Can you confirm:
- Does the subscription show as canceled at https://account.microsoft.com/services?
- Did you receive an email confirming the cancellation or refund?
- Was the new charge made directly by Microsoft, Apple, Google Play, or another retailer?
- What date was the charge made, and what merchant name appears on your bank statement?
