Accessing Word

Hello, I recently had an Apple Mac Air, however wasn't able to access Word because the device was too old for the necessary updates. I have just punched a new Apple Mac Neo, and am still unable to access Word.

Can you please help.

    Since you've installed office previously, you should be able to re-install from the Subscriptions page of your Microsoft account.

    Please note that if you were running Office 2019 or earlier, those editions are no longer installable under current versions of macOS. You would have to upgrade to Office 2024 with Outlook or without Outlook. You could also subscribe to Microsoft 365.
