issues with saving username

why can't i save

username in edge anymore. it appears saved and after restarting computer, you will have to start the same login process over again

    Could you clarify whether this happens on one specific website or on every website? Additionally, after restarting, is the username still listed in Microsoft Password Manager, or is the saved entry completely removed?
