I have a subscription, but I get a window that says I need to activate my subscription, which is already activated as I have been using 360 for a long time..I get an error message - An unknown error has occurred. The error code is: 0x0

I dare say that you have a problem activating Office on a Mac, not on a PC. Many users have been experiencing this error lately.
