Dear @SamAlexander-8939,

The supported method is to sign in to both OneDrive accounts on the same device using the OneDrive sync client, then copy the files from your personal OneDrive folder and paste them into your business OneDrive folder. Please follow the steps below:

Click the OneDrive cloud icon on the taskbar.

Select Help & Settings (gear icon) > Settings.

Go to the Account tab.

If your business account is not already added, select Add an account and sign in using your business Microsoft 365 account.

Open File Explorer.

Locate both OneDrive folders:

OneDrive, for your personal account

OneDrive - [Organization Name], for your business account

Open your personal OneDrive folder and select the files or folders you would like to transfer.

Right-click and select Copy.

Open your business OneDrive folder.

Right-click and select Paste.

Allow OneDrive to complete syncing, then confirm that the files are available in your business OneDrive. Copy, transfer or import files to your personal OneDrive | Microsoft Support

I recommend using Copy and Paste instead of dragging and dropping the files. This helps reduce the risk of accidentally moving files to the wrong location and allows you to keep the original files in your personal OneDrive until the transfer is confirmed.

Note:

  • Any existing sharing links or permissions from the personal OneDrive will not carry over and will need to be recreated from the business OneDrive.
  • Some file metadata, such as created date or modified by details, may not remain exactly the same after copying.
  • Please make sure your business OneDrive has enough available storage before transferring a large number of files.
  • I recommend keeping the original files in your personal OneDrive until you have confirmed that all required files are successfully uploaded and accessible from your business account.
  • If the OneDrive sync client is not available or does not work as expected, you may also use the browser method by downloading the files from your personal OneDrive and uploading them to your business OneDrive. I hope the information shared helps point you in the right direction. Please try the steps above and let me know if they work. If not, we can continue working together to narrow this down.

The first response may not always resolve the issue right away, but with your help and more details, we can work toward a solution.
