PC refusing to RESET Windows and Cannot Install Windows Repair Version

Question

I'm running Windows 11 Home on an ASUS ROG Strix 16 (2024 version). I've had it for a year now (came brand new), lately it has been crashing a lot especially when I use programs like Adobe Illustrator or After Effects. The programs crash and eventually the PC crashes. Now it's more frequent than before so I tried to reset the pc cause i thought it might be a bad update or something and it crashed. Tried to install repair version 24H2 and it also crashed. Tried to load through a bootable flash still same thing. I've ran the diagnostics and everything checks out, even did tests for the RAM as well. I'm not sure if it's a software or hardware issue.

Instability issues can have several reasons. It is necessary to investigate.

Please see if your computer created minidump files.

These files are in C:\Windows\Minidump.

(If you don't have a Minidump folder, check if it is in the plural Minidumps.)

Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then, upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

Then, post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

I suggest doing the following:

Go to the Asus website using the link below, download the latest Chipset driver, and install it.

https://rog.asus.com/laptops/rog-strix/rog-strix-g16-2024/helpdesk_download/

Driver name: Intel(R) Chipset Sotfware

(In the section asking you to choose the BIOS model name, select G614JVR.)

(You will need to expand the Chipset category to find the mentioned driver.)

(Run the downloaded EXE file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.)

Then, restart (not shutdown) your PC and see if the system will work stably.

If the crash occurs again after doing this, please share the minidump it created.
