For the past several years I have been billed on 25th March (£104.99) and again in May for the same amount. I wish to keep my Friends and Family subscription but cancel the one on 25th March

Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link, do you find the subscription you want to cancel listed there.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If you do not find the subscription listed on your account, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out the subscription that payment is for.

If you find the subscription you want to cancel, ensuring it is not the subscription you want to keep, you can use the steps provided on this link to cancel the subscription, and while managing that subscription, ensure you disable recurring billing on the subscription.
