Instructions how to access Device Manager, to uninstall/reinstall sound driver (to get microphone to work with Speech Recognition, "Windows key plus X" do nothing. Help.

Press Windows Key + R, type devmgmt.msc, and press Enter. Alternatively, right-click the Start Button directly or type "Device Manager" in the taskbar search box

Thank you! Right clicking start windows logo and selecting Device Mgr worked. Windows logo key and R just toggled between files on desktop with names starting with "R".
