Windows/Teams Audio issues

When I am in Teams just before joining a call, I try to test my microphone and speaker. The microphone test works but for my speaker test, I don't hear anything. I made sure that I have selected the same devices for audio both in Windows and Teams. I have tried multiple devices and I am having the same issue. I asked co-pilot and I followed everything they suggested. Nothing is working. I need to make sure my audio is working before important calls.
