However the migrated Flexible Server cannot be found through the Azure portal, Azure CLI, Azure Resource Manager, or Azure Resource Graph.
But the cost center shows up correctly and I am charged correctly.

Thank you for reporting this.If the PostgreSQL Flexible Server was migrated by Microsoft but is no longer visible in the Azure portal, Azure CLI, Azure Resource Manager, or Azure Resource Graph, while billing for the resource continues, this is not expected behavior.
To help narrow down the cause, please confirm in private message:
- The Subscription ID and server name (if known).
- The approximate date and time when the Microsoft-managed migration was performed.
- Whether the subscription or tenant has changed since the migration.
- Whether any migration completion notifications were received.
Since the resource is not discoverable through any management interface, this scenario requires verification of the backend resource state to determine whether the server was successfully migrated, moved, or if there was an issue during the migration process.
