Cannot edit Word Document

I transcribed a document using Word. Now when I attempt create a new line by pressing "enter" it opens up One Drive, It will not create a new line

Does this happen only in the transcribed document, or also in a new blank Word document?
Please also confirm:
- Are you using the Word desktop app or Word in a web browser?
- Does clicking "Enter" on the Windows On-Screen Keyboard cause the same issue?
- When OneDrive opens, does it show a folder, a save window, or the OneDrive website?
For now, press and release the
Ctrl,Alt, and Windows keys a few times, then restart Word and test again in a blank document.Please share what happens. Thanks!

2026-08-05T06:12:45.08+00:00 I am using the Word appl. It only happens in the transcribed documents. Even when I copy the document into an old version of Word it also happens.
