    Hi, @Kiff, Wendy

Microsoft does not provide a general Outlook email address for reporting this. The reporting method depends on what happened.

If you received a suspicious email, select it in Outlook.com, then click "Report" > "Report phishing." Do not reply to it or open any links or attachments.

For other malicious activity involving a Microsoft-hosted email address, you can submit an abuse report here: https://msrc.microsoft.com/report/abuse

    Just to clarify:

    1. Did you receive a phishing email from this Outlook address?
    2. Was the address used to access or attempt to access one of your accounts?
    3. Do you still have the original email, including its message details or headers?

Any additional info about the issue you can provide will be helpful in diagnosing and resolving the issue.

    Thanks!
