Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    1. May I know the model of your HP Officejet printer?
    2. Does your printer have a built-in display for managing system settings such as Bluetooth?

On the printer control panel, go to Network Settings and make sure the Bluetooth toggle is turned on.

If Bluetooth is enabled on your printer, it should be visible on other devices, such as your mobile device or Windows 11 device.

    • On Windows 11, go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
    • Select Add device.
    • Your Bluetooth printer should appear; click it to pair successfully.

If you receive any error, please share the error message here.

If your printer is not detected, use your mobile device to check whether the printer appears there. This will help determine whether the issue is with the printer or with the Bluetooth settings on your Windows 11 PC.

Also, try connecting another device, such as headphones, to your Windows 11 PC and see whether it connects.
