Edge Error 403 Forbidden

I keep getting error 403 when trying to open a particular site through Microsoft Edge and tried all recommended fixes but to no avail. Any other suggestions?

    That website requires authentication. It identifies "you" like a user who does not have access.

    What you do is to start InPrivate windows, go to that website and check if everything works. If it does, go back to your profile and remove cookies related to that website and try again.
    I don't know what that website requires, or maybe, for example, your IP is blocked.
    Check on some other PC.
