One Drive keeps deleting files - how do i stop this?

    OneDrive does not automatically delete your files.

    Files are typically only removed if your OneDrive storage has exceeded its limit. To start, please check whether you have enough available storage in your OneDrive account:

    And, to better understand the issue, could you please provide the following information?

    1. Where are the files currently saved? Are they stored on your local drive (such as the Desktop or Documents folder outside OneDrive), or inside your OneDrive folder?
    2. Do you have enough available storage in your OneDrive account?
    3. Have you tried saving the files to a location outside the OneDrive sync folder? If so, do the files remain saved on your device, or are they deleted as well?
