Retrieve Product key

I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus on Groupon and redeemed it on June 26, 2025. Now I cannot edit or use it without entering the product key. I don't have the key. How can I retrieve the key. Please help. TY

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Office Professional Plus 2024 is a volume license version intended for large organizations (see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/ltsc/2024/overview). It is not a consumer product. You need to contact Groupon and request a refund.
