NEED PIN CREATED

Won’t let me create a pin it’s never an option just Face ID, QR code, and a key. I need a pin desperately I’ve been trying for weeks

The options you mentioned sound more like a passkey screen than the Windows Hello settings page.

Please confirm where you see Face ID, QR code, and security key, or share a screenshot of that screen.

To create a Windows sign-in PIN, open Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options > PIN (Windows Hello) > Set up.
