Developer Support missing and Artifact Signing validation closed
Hello,
I purchased Azure Developer Support on August 5, 2026, but the Azure Support Plans page and support-request workflow still identify my account as having Basic support.
Please verify that the Developer Support entitlement was provisioned under the correct billing account and is available to the subscription containing our Artifact Signing
resource. Please also confirm that Priority Community Support is enabled for the purchasing account.
We also need assistance with the underlying Artifact Signing issue:
Organization: Drippay, Inc.
Artifact Signing account: dripos
Identity validation ID: 8675b52a-481d-49cb-97ed-4e37046c61e9
Validation type: Public Trust organization
Status: Failed and closed after the third appeal
The final rejection did not identify which requirement failed. It stated only that our organization did not meet the verification requirements and that the application was
closed because this was the third appeal.
This prevents us from creating a Public Trust certificate profile, signing our Windows application, and publishing Windows releases.
Please:
- Correct or confirm the Developer Support entitlement.
- Route the identity-validation issue to the Azure Artifact Signing vetting team.
- Identify the specific failed criterion, such as legal entity information, registered address, address eligibility, domain ownership, primary contact, authorized
representative, or document consistency.
- Confirm whether Microsoft can enable a new identity-validation request for the same legal entity.
- Provide a secure channel for any additional corporate or identity documentation.
We can provide the support-plan purchase confirmation, Azure subscription and billing details, California corporate records, IRS documentation, address evidence, domain-
ownership records, and representative authorization privately.
Please do not request that we purchase another support plan. If the Developer plan was attached to the wrong billing scope, please correct the association or help cancel and
refund the incorrect purchase.
Thank you,
Michael Levin
