Does your machine have performance issues?
If the machine has a noboot issue, we suggest that try to enter into safe mode and perform a cleanboot:

You can also access WinRE features through the Boot Options menu,run the following command to scan for and restore corruptions in Windows system files:
SFC /Scannow /OFFBootdir=C:\ /Offwindir=C:\Windows
Note: please replace C drive with boot volume.
