I purchased Microsoft subscription but I am unable to access it. I was in touch with Apple support and there is no issue from Apple's end.

The 0x0 error is widely reported in the Office apps on an Apple Mac, it is caused by the July 13 update.

At the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?

If the Microsoft 365 subscription was purchased through Apple, the most common cause is that the Office apps are signed in with the wrong Microsoft account or the Apple purchase has not been restored correctly.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Confirm the subscription is active in Apple Check the Apple subscriptions page and verify the Microsoft 365 subscription is still active.
    2. Sign out of the Office app In Word or Excel on the Mac, sign out of the current Microsoft account.
    3. Sign back in with the Microsoft account used at the time of purchase Subscriptions bought through Apple are associated with the Microsoft account that was signed in to Office when the purchase was made. If a different personal or work account is used, access can fail.
    4. Restore the purchase Use the restore purchase steps for Office for Mac: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/restore-previous-purchase-of-microsoft-365-apps-or-copilot-pro-for-mac-iphone-or-ipad-07233a27-3a1b-434d-9a0a-7f0ad455e210
    5. If the app shows payment or receipt errors
      • Error 1007 usually means Office cannot find a purchase associated with the Apple ID.
      • Errors 1001, 1002, 1003, and 1005 usually mean Microsoft cannot validate the App Store receipt. In both cases, restoring the previous purchase is the recommended step.
    6. If the purchase was not made in the app Manage the subscription at: https://account.microsoft.com/services
    7. If it still does not activate Contact Microsoft Support.
